Charles Manners
Chairman
Charles Manners has worked in Investment Banking from 1985 until 2009, latterly as a Senior Managing Director and Head of Fixed Income Sales at Nomura International PLC.
From 2009 to 2016, Charles was a co-founder and partner in an advisory firm, focussed on tailored structured solutions.
Charles was also a Non-Executive Director of Asset Trust Housing Association Limited, a regulated provider of affordable shared ownership housing, and is currently a Director and Chairman of the Board of Campden Charities.
In addition, Charles is an extensive investor, focussed primarily on natural resources , healthcare and real estate.
Mark Burnett
Non-Executive Director
Mr Burnett is Director of Mining Investments at RAB Capital, a leading mining specialist investor in London.
He hold over 10 years investing and corporate finance experience in extractive industries across North America, Australia and Europe.
Mark is currently Interim-Chair of a critical metals company operating in Africa and a Non-Executive Director of a critical metals company operating in the USA.
Dennis Rowland
Project Manager
Dennis gained experience in exploration and mining projects in the U.K. and Australia, as well as research and project generation.
In addition to playing a role in developing projects, at various stages, from licence area research, scoping studies, exploration programs, feasibility and the U.K. planning permission process. Dennis has a keen interest in community interaction and social licence to operate.
Dennis graduated in Geological Sciences from the University of Leeds and is an FGS.
Rowan Thorne
Senior Geologist
Rowan is an experienced exploration and resource geologist with 10+ years’ experience in the exploration and mining industry, with a particular focus on exploration geochemistry, project development and implementation of sustainable exploration projects with a strong commitment to ESG principles.
Specialising in planning and operating greenfield exploration projects, Rowan has progressed and managed exploration projects to diamond drill stages, contributed to the compilation of technical reports and has been active in a corporate environment in developing and progressing exploration projects and companies to JV stages of development.
Rowan holds a BSc in Exploration and Resource Geology from Cardiff University, an MSc in Mining Geology from the Camborne School of Mines and a BA in Social Sciences with Economics from the Open University, he is also an FGS and Member of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining and Member of the Society of Economic Geologists.
William Phillips
Exploration Geologist
William is an experienced geologist with backgrounds in both exploration and mining projects. He has worked within the U.K. and Australia, focusing on multi-commodity deposits including Copper, Tin, Tungsten, Silver and Gold.
He has planned and managed various exploration programs including RC and diamond drilling and is adept in softwares such as QGIS and Leapfrog. Additionally, he has been involved with various mine workings, responsible for underground 3D mapping, updating grade control models and compiling technical reports.
William graduated from the University of Southampton with a BSc in Geology and is a fellow of the Geological Society of London.
Jamie Hakin-Wilson
Junior Geologist
Jamie Graduated from the University of Plymouth with an Integrated Masters in Geology.
Initially joining as a Field Assistant as part of the Deep Digital Cornwall project, gaining experience in mineral exploration, soil sampling, GIS, geochemistry and geophysics, Jamie is now applying this experience in the role of Junior Geologist.
With a keen interest in mineralogy, geochemistry, and GIS related workflows. Jamies is continuing his development in all aspects of mineral exploration.
Jamie is a Fellow of the Geological Society of London.
